THINGS TO KNOW

• All work produced for the client is also owned by the designer.

• All work produced during the project — from the ideas, drafts, all the way to the final product — is able to be shared by both parties unless explicitly under a non-disclosure agreement.

• All work produced is eligible for commercial use by both the client and designer.

DO:

• Share as many of your references / inspiration as you wish

• Discuss ideas for your business / project

• Ask questions! Many questions!

DO NOT:

• Ask me to imitate another designer’s style. You’re here for me, right?

• Ask me to design in a specific aesthetic that is not mine. See above.

• Ask for freebies. Pay your designers and artists.

• Sell your work without permission from me.

 

WORKFLOW STAGES:

1. Ideation: Discuss ideas and process for your project.

2. Sketch: Ideas are narrowed down and sketched out for visual representation.

3. Draft: The strongest ideas are carried into the draft phase to see what's best for your application.

4. Refinement: The drafts are further refined to bring them closer to production quality.

5. Finalization: Final draft phase — the finalized work is given its last coat of polish, tested with different colors and variations, then packaged into its appropriate file types and sent to you.

6. Delivery: Your requested work is sent over to you via email in a .zip folder.

 

HOW TO ORDER:

• Fill out the Project Brief sent via email

• Pay via PayPal (Partial payment OK; must be paid in full by Stage 4)

• RITSUDESIGN RETURN/REFUND
  
  If you are not satisfied with Stage 1, you are entitled to a full refund minus $50. If you are not satisfied with the work in Stages 2-3, you are entitled to a refund up to 50% of the full payment (minimum project price of $300). However, if you elected for partial payment (minimum of $150) and are past Stage 3, no refund will be issued and the remainder of the payment will be waived instead.
  
  If a work is nearing completion (~90% complete/ Stage 4), no refund will be issued and the unfinished piece will be delivered.
